How online consultation works

1. Submit request

   Fill out the form and briefly describe your matter. The more precise your information, the more targeted my support can be.

2. Review & response

   I review your request and respond personally, usually within one business day.

3. Fee agreement

   You receive an individual proposal for an advance consultation fee. The amount depends on scope and complexity.

4. Appointment confirmation

   After receipt of the advance, you receive the appointment confirmation and all technical details for the video call.

5. Video consultation

   The consultation takes place via a GDPR-compliant video service. You only need a device with camera and microphone plus a stable internet connection.
