Transparent from the start

Unexpected invoices are frustrating. I make sure fees are clearly communicated before I begin so you know exactly what to expect.

Statutory fees (RVG)

In Germany, legal fees are generally based on the Lawyers' Remuneration Act (RVG). The amount depends on the value in dispute and the type of matter.

Individual fee agreement

For more complex mandates, especially in the defence sector or extensive criminal proceedings, an individual fee agreement may be more appropriate than RVG billing. I discuss this with you transparently.

Advance payment for online mandates

For online video consultations, an individual advance consultation fee is agreed in advance. After reviewing your request, I send you a concrete proposal. The appointment is confirmed after receipt of the advance.

Legal expenses insurance

Many legal expenses insurers cover attorney fees fully or partially. Tell me in the form whether you are insured and I will review coverage for you.

Legal aid

People with low income may be eligible for legal aid. Contact me and I will advise you.
